NeuroAffective Relational Model

The NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®), developed by Dr. Laurence Heller, is a framework designed to address the lasting impacts of complex and developmental trauma. By focusing on the “here-and-now” challenges of human functioning, NARM helps individuals navigate the patterns of disconnection that often originate early in life and shape adult experience.

At its core, NARM honours the innate human drive toward wholeness and aliveness, using this internal momentum to guide the healing process within a deeply respectful and resource-oriented environment.

Somatic Experiencing®

Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) is a gentle, body-oriented approach to resolving trauma and chronic stress. It rests on the understanding that trauma is not in the event itself, but in the way the nervous system holds the unfinished response to overwhelming experience.

Rather than re-telling the story, SE works slowly with what is alive in the body in the present moment — tracking sensation, breath and subtle impulses, and titrating experience so the nervous system can gradually discharge what was once stuck and restore its natural rhythms of regulation, capacity and resilience.

Holistic Counseling

Alongside her somatic and relational training, Kashi's work is deeply shaped by two long-standing engagements: the Path of Love process and the Working with People Academy. Together they form the ground from which her holistic counseling unfolds — a way of being with another person that is curious, honest, and respectful of each individual's own unfolding.

Path of Love is an intensive personal growth and development process rooted in decades of inquiry into self-realisation, drawing on contemplative traditions and contemporary psychology. For nearly twenty years Kashi has been engaged with Path of Love — as a participant, team leader, and assistant facilitator.

Kashi serves as an assistant on the year-long WWP trainings.
